Welcome to Berninger Software

Berninger Software is a specialized manufacturer of software for the information management during elections. We developed a database system for election purposes, which allows to use a PC as a network client and a stand alone backup system at the same time. No additional drivers are needed to run the system. At present our software is used by 1.700 German administrative authorities which are responsible for 25.000.000 people.

Berninger Software and its partners provide a full service for elections, which includes

  • advice and training in the election information management
  • software supported service for the public presentation of election results
  • personal support during the election

    • Our system PC-Wahl is especially designed for information management. It provides an automatic file transfer between administrations and allows a real time presentation of the voting results, based on our database system.

    HTML and WML presentation files can be created and uploaded automatically, interactive Javascript and Java presentation modules are also available.

    All graphical tools are self-developed, they include a geographical presentation system and animated functions for election purposes.

    PC-Wahl runs on Win95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP systems, Microsoft office products must not be installed. The software does not install additional drivers.
